皮肤手术是激光在生物医学领域最早的应用之一，1983年提出的选择性光热效应为激光皮肤手术建立了理论依据。由于现有治疗多倚靠医师经验，完全治愈率长期低于20%。本课题组针对血管性和色素性皮肤病和溶脂等激光手术开展理论分析和活体动物实验研究，发展了基于激光散斑成像的血流在线监测与皮肤组织结构反演技术，为实现激光皮肤手术的个性化精准化智能化诊疗展现了美好的前景。 Skin surgery is the earliest application of laser technology in the bio-medical engineering. In 1983, the selective photothermalysis laid the theoretical foundation for the laser dermatology. Since the present treatment mostly depends on the physicians’ experience, the total cure rate is still less than 20%. Our group conducted theoretical and in vivo animal experimental research on the vascular and pigmented dermatosis, as well as laser lipolysis. Online monitoring of blood flow and inversion of skin tissue structure based on laser speckle imaging demonstrate the bright future of personalized, precise and smart treatment of laser dermatology.
